Peanut Butter Oreos

TWO INGREDIENTS & NO BAKE!
If you’re the mama who signed up to bring in cookies to that Valentine’s Day class party, this recipe is here to save the day!
Ingredients:
- 18 ounce package of Oreos
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips + 3 TBSP coconut oil (for frosting, if desired)
- Sprinkles (if desired)
Directions:
1. Remove most of the cream from the center of Oreo’s.
2. Using a food processor, add in your Oreo’s and peanut butter. A blender will also work here!
3. Once well blended, pour mixture out onto a greased cookie sheet and form into a rectangular shape.
4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
5. Remove from freezer and use a cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes (or any desired shape).
6. Microwave your white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments until melted. Then pour over cookies and add sprinkles if desired.
7. ENJOY!
