Funfetti Bars

These DOUGHY, PACKED with FLAVOR, HEALTHY funfetti bars DO NOT DISAPPOINT!
The center of these bars is so doughy and because there is nothing raw in the recipe its totally safe to eat :). Best of all they can be so versatile by adding really any topping to them!
With only a handful of ingredients, they come together in just a few minutes with 20 minutes of cooking time & and are such a great snack or dessert to have on hand all week long!
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP coconut oil (melted & cooled)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp almond extract (or vanilla extract)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- desired amount of sprinkles (or any topping)
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine coconut oil, applesauce, milk, extract of choice and mix.
3. Add in your flours, baking powder and sugar, mix well.
4. Fold in your sprinkles.
5. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with additional sprinkles.
6. Bake for 16-20 minutes. Watch them closely as time will vary based on your oven & you do not want to overcook!
