Frozen Yogurt Krispie Cups

What I do not want for anyone who follows my journey, is to assume that I have some special skill, that I create recipes that are hard and complicated or that require you to spend mass amounts of time in the kitchen! I am all about EASY. I create and more importantly, share recipes that are easy, require little ingredients and that ANYONE can recreate, no special skills required 🙂
This perfect snack meets all of the above criteria, so go ahead—give it a shot! You can even add your own twist to these by using a different flavor yogurt or different toppings!
Ingredients for Krispie Cups:
· 1 cup brown rice cereal
· 2 TBSP crunchy peanut butter
· ¼ cup 100% honey
Ingredients for Frozen Yogurt Topping:
· 3/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt (or your preferred yogurt!)
· 2 TBSP of PB2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
· 2 TBSP of cool whip
· Chocolate tips for topping
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients to make krispie cup.
2. Using a regular sized muffin pan, use muffin liners to line 8 spots in the pan.
3. Scoop combined krispie mix into muffin liners as the base and freeze for 1 hour.
4. In the meantime, combine all ingredients for making yogurt topping.
5. Once krispie cups have been in the freezer for an hour, scoop frozen yogurt topping onto the top of each cup and top with chocolate tips.
6. Put back in the freezer for another hour.
7. Enjoy after an hour & keep frozen!
