Skinny Double Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

The perfect loaf for when that chocolate craving hits! This chocolate banana bread freezes well because of all the clean ingredients, is deliciously moist, & pairs best with eating in bed while replying to work emails! Kidding—sort of! Trying to get through 100’s of work emails late last night, was only bearable because I was munching on this delicious loaf the entire time!
Ingredients:
· 1 & ¼ cup oat flour (this is simply, quick oats blended or ground up very finely)
· ¼ cup coconut sugar
· 1/3 cup cocoa powder (1/2 cup if you like it very rich)
· 1 tsp baking powder
· 1 tsp baking soda
· ½ non-fat greek yogurt
· ¼ cup 100% pure honey
· 3 ripe bananas
· Splash of almond-coconut milk
· 2 eggs
· Desired amount of dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350.
2. Mash bananas well. Then add in remaining wet ingredients.
3. Once combined add in the dry ingredients.
4. Mix well! Make sure there are no big chunks left from mashing the bananas and that all dry ingredients are fully combined.
5. Add desired amount of chocolate chips into batter.
6. Pour into a greased loaf pan and top with remaining chocolate chips
7. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
