Allergen Friendly Banana Bread

For anyone new here, I am a new mama who is exclusively breastfeeding my baby girl. We have been struggling with allergies and indicating exactly what my girl is allergic to. So that means I have been put on a strict elimination diet in order to pinpoint the exact allergies she has!
What that means for me is even more time spent in the kitchen, creating my own recipes and making my own food!
I am currently eliminating dairy, soy, eggs, fish and nuts from my diet. SO if you can tell me where I can find food to eat that meets these needs I AM ALL EARS! Until then, find me in my kitchen whipping up new & delicious recipes 🙂
