I love the air fryer because of its ability to be a great alternative to that crispy goodness that you desire but in a HEALTHIER way! 


These tenders have the perfect crispiness, healthy, full of protein & require THREE ingredients. It does not get easier than this! 


This recipe does contain mustard, which I know some are weird about but I PROMISE you absolutely cannot taste the mustard once cooked! 


Ingredients

1. 6 chicken tenderloins 

2. 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard 

3. 3/4 cup panko 

4. pepper if desired 

5. No sugar added BBQ sauce if desired 


Directions:

1. Pour your mustard and panko into two bowls. 

2. Coat tenderloins with mustard on both sides and then coat with panko on both sides. 

3. Add pepper to taste if desired. 

4. Set air fryer to 330. Cook tenders on one side for 7-10 minutes. Then flip and cook on the other side for another 7-10 minutes. Time will vary based on how crispy you prefer it! 

5. Remove from air fryer and drizzle with BBQ sauce if desired.
