High Protein Chocolate Pudding

I am loving that cottage cheese is having it’s moment because I am a cottage cheese lover thru & thru! This chocolate pudding is the perfect sweet treat and SO HIGH in protein!
It only takes a few ingredients & minutes to whip up so there is no reason not to give this a go!
Ingredients:
- 16 ounce container 2% cottage cheese
- 3 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips + some extra for topping
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender.
2. Mix/blend until well combined and you have a fairly thick, creamy consistency.
3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge! Top with additional chocolate chips when ready to serve.
