S’mores Cookie Skillet

Going to be playing around with ALL kinds of cookie skillets for the next few weeks! This S’mores cookie skillet was next up on the list and DID NOT disappoint. If using an 8 inch skillet, its the perfect size for two to share for dessert or as a mid-day treat
A doughy cookie base topped with chocolate, marshmallows & graham crackers it truly doesn’t get better!
Ingredients for cookie base:
- 1 egg
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 1 TBSP white flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour (rolled oats blended very finely)
- 1 scoop of any vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 TBSP coconut sugar
- Desired amount of chocolate chips
Ingredients to top cookie base:
- Desired amount of Hershey’s chocolate nuggets, large marshmallows & graham cracker sheets.
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees
2. Using all ingredients for the cookie base, combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
3. Once a dough is formed, grease an 8 inch skillet and press dough into skillet. Make sure entire skillet is covered.
4. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
5. Top with chocolate nuggets, marshmallows and graham crackers and set oven broil.
6. Broil on high for 3-5 minutes & ENJOY!
