The Brookie *healthy brownie with cookie dough topping*

Used my perfectly crafted healthy brownie recipe and put a spin on it by adding a delicious edible cookie dough to the top!
Everything about this brownie is perfect, minimal ingredients, SO moist & gooey , all clean ingredients and the cookie dough topping is the ICING on the cake (or in this case, brownie).
My craving for chocolate this pregnancy has been INSANE! I have never in my life craved chocolate the way I have been this pregnancy, so these have been the perfect treat for when that craving hits.
Brownie Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 cups sweet potato puree
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- Desired amount of chocolate chips
Cookie Dough Topping:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (I like to microwave mine for ~30 seconds)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients for a brownie into a bowl and mix well.
2. In a different bowl combine all ingredients for your cookie dough topping.
3. Pour brownie batter into an 8X8 baking dish and bake on 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and add your cookie dough topping. Bake for another 10 minutes.
5. Remove from oven & ENJOY!
