HIGH PROTEIN EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH

There is really no problem that a little cookie dough can’t solve 😉 This cookie dough is high in protein and a healthy, no egg, version.
Take my word for this–it is SO GOOD! I devoured it & didn’t share with one person in my house!
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Coconut Flour
- 30g Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Orgain)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 (soaked & pitted) Medjool Dates
- 1 tsp almond extract
- dash of coconut milk or almond milk (you’ll add this as its blending to create your desired consistency)
- Desired amount of mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Soak your dates in water for 3-5 minutes so that are soft prior to blending. 2
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor pr blender except for your milk and chocolate chips.
3. Blend on high speed and as the mixture is blending, slowly add milk until you get a thick consistency. Depending on how thick you want the dough, add more milk. If you want less of a thick consistency do not add too much milk.
4. Mix in your chocolate chips & ENJOY IT ALL!
