Chocolate Chip Banana Cauli-Oats

Only thing better than a giant bowl of carbs is sneaking in veggies making breakfast EVEN more nutritious!
I have found so many ways to incorporate veggies in my recipes & I am brushing up on these skills so I can start sneaking veggies into foods when my daughter decides veggies are no longer cool
I am ALL about GOOD food that is also NUTRITIOUS!
Ingredients:
· ½ cup rolled oats
· ½ cup riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
· 1 scoop of protein powder (I use Orgain)
· ½ tsp ground cinnamon
· 1 TBSP honey
· ¾ cup liquid of choice (milk or water)
· Desired toppings (I used banana & allergen free chocolate chips)
Directions:
1. Add rolled oats, riced cauliflower, cinnamon, honey and liquid to a large bowl.
2. Microwave for 3 minutes.
3. Add in protein powder and mix well.
4. Top with desired toppings!
