Breakfast is LITERALLY my favorite ever. Many days I eat breakfast for lunch and we also enjoy “breakfast for dinner” ALL the time! 

I love getting creative for breakfast since its my favorite meal of the day. Its also the only time I actually dedicate to sitting down and enjoying a hot meal, peacefully by myself

These everything bagels are a small batch, pack the flavor, 5 ingredients & will take 20 minutes (max) of your time from start to finish! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 cup white flour 
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning 
  • 1 egg (only needing egg white for egg wash) 

Directions: 

1. Set oven to 350 degrees. 

2. Mix Greek yogurt, flour, baking soda & everything bagel seasoning (desired amount) in a large bowl. Using your hands to gently form a small ball of dough. 

3. Once combined, break dough into 3 even pieces and roll into a strand, then shape into bagel. 

4. Place bagels onto a greased pan.

5. Use egg whites to brush egg wash over bagels and then add additional everything seasoning. 

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes & ENJOY!
