Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

FIVE ingredients & FIVE minutes is all it takes to whip up some of this delicious & healthy edible cookie dough!
I used a heart mold and covered a few with white chocolate & sprinkles to make them festive for Valentine’s Day but this cookie dough is for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- Desired amount of mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until a batter is formed.
2. If using a mold to form shapes, scoop batter into a mold and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to harden to the shape of the mold.
3. If not molding, you can eat immediately or chill if you prefer the dough cold.
