A perfect, balanced snack for your littles! They’ll devour these without even knowing there is broccoli in them! 

4 ingredients, 5 minutes to put together and only 15 minutes to cook! They work as a side with a meal or as a snack and can even be brought on-the-go. 

If you’re a mama like me striving to get your kids better balanced meals and snacks, then these are a no brainer! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped broccoli 
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 
  • 1 egg 
  • 12 finely crushed ritz crackers 

Directions: 

1. Set oven to 375 degrees 

2. Chop your broccoli and add to a large bowl. 

3. Combine egg, cheese, crushed crackers and mix well. 

4. Grease a silicone mold or muffin pan, well. 

5. Scoop around 2 TBSP of mixture into each mold. 

6. Bake for 15 minutes and ENJOY!
