Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Anything that is no-bake is a favorite for me because there is no wait time! This is a good and bad thing. Good, because who wants to wait, bad because they disappear a lot quicker! 🙂
You keep these frozen so they stay good in your freezer for a while (but they won’t last that long!) they are quick and easy to whip up with little ingredients!
Ingredients:
· ¼ cup low-fat cream cheese
· 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
· 2 TBSP honey
· 2 TBSP dark chocolate chips (chop or grind up—I put them in a Ziploc and used a mallet)
· ½ TBSP coconut oil
· 1 tsp vanilla
· Dash of ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend with a mixer, except chocolate chips. TIP: You can mix using your hand but will take some extra effort.
2. Once well combined, carefully mix in chocolate chips.
3. Form into small balls (about a teaspoon in size) and place onto a baking sheet.
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Once frozen, you can transfer to a container or storage back but KEEP FROZEN!
