How to make the most of your ripe, almost gone-bad bananas?  MAKE THESE DELICIOUS MUFFINS! 

They are freezer friendly, take minimal effort, full of clean ingredients & the perfect sweet treat! 

Ingredients: 

· 3 Ripe bananas 

· ¾ Cup whole wheat flour 

· ½ Cup almond/coconut milk 

· ½ tsp Baking Powder

· ¼ Cup chopped nuts (can use pecans, peanuts, walnuts, etc.) 

· Desired amount of dark chocolate chips (can opt for Vegan Chocolate Chips if you want to keep this recipe Vegan) 

Directions: 

1. Set oven to 350 degrees. 

2. Mash bananas well in a bowl. 

3. Combine remaining ingredients. 

4. Top with additional nuts and chocolate chips.  

5. Pour batter into muffin mold and bake for 15-17 minutes. 

TIP: I always like to under-bake (so I keep it around the 15 minute mark) when I am freezing these. I find the freeze better and still hold onto that moist, softness once defrosted.
