I am ALL ABOUT BALANCE during this time of year. I let myself enjoy all the treats. But there is nothing wrong with also enjoying healthier treats along the way! These gingerbread cookie bites are just that! 

I have been enjoying them alongside a big unhealthy—filled with marshmallows, hot chocolate each night! 

A NO BAKE TREAT—ONE BOWL AND FIVE MINUTES IS ALL YOU NEED! 

Ingredients:

· ½ cup peanut butter

· 3 TBSP molasses 

· 1 tsp all spice 

· 1 tsp cinnamon 

· 1 tsp vanilla extract 

· ½ cup coconut flour 

· Desired amount of sprinkles for added holiday cheer:) 

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Roll dough into balls and top with sprinkles. 

2. Store in freezer for best results, but the refrigerator will work as well! 

3. ENJOY!
