*Healthy* Chocolate Chip Cookie Healthy

Okay, cookie skillets feel like they’re going to be my new thing… They remind me of mug cakes but in a larger quantity & taste better 😉
They can be so versatile and are SO DANG delicious! I did not know making a cookie skillet healthy, was even possible but here you go! You’ll thank me for this one!
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1 TBSP any vanilla protein powder (I used orgain)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Desired amount of chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips into a bowl and mix well.
3. Grease an 8 inch skillet and pour batter into skillet, then top with chocolate chips.
4. Bake for 10 minutes & ENJOY!
