High Protein Almond Joy Yogurt Bark

This is the best little treat to cool down on a warm Spring/Summer day! It tastes just like an Almond Joy but a HEALTHY HIGH PROTEIN version! BOOM–cant go wrong with that! 

It takes little to no time to whip up & have to be stored in the freezer so it’ll last months! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use and prefer Orgain) 
  • 2 TBSP chocolate chips (melted) 
  • 2 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut flakes 
  • 3-5 crushed whole almonds (or you can use sliced) 
  • 2 TBSP granola (I used vanilla almond granola) 


Directions: 

1. Combine greek yogurt with protein powder & mix well. 

2. Spread onto a baking pan, making sure the yogurt base is at least 1 inch thick. 

3. Top with melted chocolate, coconut, granola and almonds. 

4. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours before eating. 

5. Keep frozen & ENJOY!
