ITS SOUP SEASON!

A good soup is seriously my favorite! Not only are they easy, but they are the perfect comfort food and when homemade, they are a healthy, filling option for lunches or dinners! 

I also love to double soup recipes so that I can freeze half and have it ready for another dinner. 

This recipe packs all the flavors & comes together SO easy. Its a MUST try! 


Ingredients: 

  • 1 whole red onion 
  • 1 can baby corn 
  • 1 bag TJ’s chicken potstickers (can sub this for any potsticker, wonton, etc.) 
  • 1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables 
  • 6 cloves pressed garlic 
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce 
  • 6 cups low sodium chicken broth 
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning (to taste) 
  • Salt (to taste) 

Directions: 

1. Chop onion and press garlic. Add to a large pot and sauté with 1 TBSP of soy sauce. 

2. Once your onion and garlic mixture begins to smell fragrant and onions appear translucent in color, turn heat to low and add your chicken broth. 

3. Once your broth comes to a low boil, add in your baby corn and stir fry vegetables. Let cook for 10-15 minutes. 

4. Add in your potstickers and let simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Season with your salt and everything but the bagel seasoning & ENJOY!
