Birthday Cookie Cake

Mark my words, this is the EASIEST & TASTIEST homemade cookie cake! It is perfect for serving a small crowd and you’ll be the star of the show walking into the party with a homemade cake!n ANYTHING homemade is better! 

Ingredients: 

• 1 cup coconut sugar 
• 1/4 cup white sugar 
• 2 cups white flour 
• 2 eggs 
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
• 1 tsp almond extract 
• 1 tsp baking powder 
• 1 cup chocolate chips 
• desired amount of rainbow sprinkles

Directions: 

1. Using a stand mixer or mixing by hand, add melted butter and sugars to a bowl until well combined. 

2. Add in eggs, almond extract and baking powder. Continue mixing until all ingredients are combined. 

3. Slowly add in flour 1/2 cup at a time and mix well. 

4. Fold chocolate chips into batter. 

5. Shape dough onto a cookie sheet, pizza pan, etc. into a circle that is at least 1 inch thick. Top with sprinkles. 

6. Bake on 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes & ENJOY!
