Healthy Chocolate & Vanilla Frosted Donuts

I absolutely love donuts, but for as long as I can remember after eating a donut I am terribly bloated, I have no energy and just feel gross. Sometimes its enough to make me avoid the donut all together!

I recently got a donut pan after wanting one for so long and I cannot wait to start trying ALL the donut recipes with this baby! This one yesterday was a trial and error but it actually came out WAY better than expected so I HAD to share! No bloat & contains REAL ingredients that actually fuel your body!

Ingredients for Donuts:

· 1 cup white flour

· 1/2 cup almond/coconut milk

· 1/4 cup coconut sugar

· 1 tsp baking powder

· 1 egg

· 2 TBSP coconut oil

· 1 tsp plus another drop of vanilla extract

· 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions for Donuts:

1. Set oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine all wet ingredients.

3.Then add all dry ingredients to wet ingredients.

4. Pipe into a donut mold. You can also use a spoon to scoop everything but it will take much longer. To pipe into a mold, simply pour batter into a zip-lock bag & cut off the tip!

5. Bake for 12 minutes & let cool.

Ingredients and Directions for Frostings:

1. Chocolate Frosting: 1 TBSP dark chocolate chips + 1 TBSP coconut oil in a microwaveable move. Microwave for 15 seconds and mix well. Then microwave for another 15 seconds until fully melted. Pour over your donuts immediately.

2. Vanilla Frosting: 1 TBSP non-fat greek yogurt + 1 TBSP confectioners sugar. Combine and spoon over tops of donuts.

3. Add desired amount of sprinkles (or any other topping) to tops of donuts.
