The EASIEST & MOST DELICIOUS pumpkin donut recipe out there! These babies have a hint of pumpkin but the cinnamon glaze on the top overtakes the pumpkin flavor. So for all the pumpkin haters, you can still enjoy this recipe too because it tastes more like a cinnamon donut! 

Ingredients for Donuts: 

· ½ cup pumpkin puree 

· 1 & ½ cup oat flour (this is simply quick cooking oats ground up in a blender) 

· ½  cup almond/coconut milk 

· 1 TBSP coconut oil 

· ¼ cup maple syrup 

· 1 tsp baking powder 

· 1 tsp ground cinnamon 

· 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 

Ingredients for Cinnamon Glaze: 

· ¼ cup coconut sugar 

· 1 tsp ground cinnamon 

· At least ¼ cup coconut oil (you will use this to dip the donuts in) 

Directions

1. Set oven to 350 degrees

2. Combine all ingredients for the donuts in a large bowl. 

3. Pour batter of donuts into a donut mold and bake for 12 minutes. Watch the time! Too much cooking will result in dry donuts! 

4. Once donuts are done cooking, let cool for at least 30 minutes. 

5. Combine coconut sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl 

6. Dip donuts in a bowl with coconut oil or you can brush coconut oil all over donuts. Then dip into cinnamon mixture. 

7. Let sit for 30 minutes so glaze melts into donuts & ENJOY!
