Chocolate Chip Banana Bars

The ways to enjoy ripe bananas are endless! These bars scream delicious with a side of healthy! The consistency is TO DIE FOR, They are so gooey and moist while also cake-like with a crispy top layer. Seriously, to die for!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 flax eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup coconut milk
- Desired amount of chocolate chips (I used enjoy life allergen free)
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350.
2. Make flax eggs by combining 2 TBSP ground flax with 6 TBSP water.
3. Mash bananas in a bowl. Once mashed, mix in remaining ingredients including flax egg.
4. Pour into an 8 X 8 pan (or whatever size pan you have) and top with more chocolate chips.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes & ENJOY!
Yields: 6-8 bars

Cook Time: 40 minutes
Refrigerate: 5-7 days
