Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Loaf

The consistency of this loaf is OUT OF THIS WORLD!
Doughy with a crisp top & chocolate in every bite. It takes pumpkin to a new level Its a healthy snack you can enjoy all fall long & requires little time & ingredients so GET BAKING!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup honey
- desired amount of mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Set oven to 325 degrees
2. Combine all wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Slowly add each dry ingredient and combine.
DO NOT ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS UNTIL THE END
4. Grease a loaf pan & add half the batter to the loaf pan.
5. Add half your desired amount of chocolate chips on top of the batter and then cover the chocolate chips with the remaining batter.
6. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes,
