The perfect snack for your game day weekend’s! A savory skillet recipe that takes little to no effort and you likely have all the ingredients already in your house. Get cookin’! 


Ingredients

  • 1 low carb tortilla 
  • 1/4 cup shredded chicken 
  • 1/4 cup black beans 
  • 1/4 cup corn 
  • handful of corn chips 
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese 
  • Avocado to top 

Directions

1. Set oven to 425 

2. Grease an 8 inch skillet and line with tortilla 

3. Line tortilla with corn chips 

4. Evenly add in chicken, black beans & corn over the chips. 

5. Top with cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes.

6. Top with avocado or any other desired toppings
