Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

THIS BOWL for when all the Fall feels hit but it doesn’t quite feel like Fall outside yet
Everyone loves a good acai bowl & this is it right here minus the acai and swapped with pumpkin! A super simple, healthy way to mix up breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole frozen (cooked) sweet potato (dice into pieces before freezing)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 TBSP nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup dairy free milk (or preferred milk)
- Desired toppings (I added banana, pumpkin seeds and granola!)
Directions:
1. Cook, dice and freeze your sweet potato the day prior to making your bowl.
2. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a high speed blender.
3. Add desired toppings and enjoy immediately.
