S’mores Krispie Bars

Turning your boring ol’ rice krispies into something better–S’mores Krispie Bars!
A simple spin on homemade rice krispie treats but making all the difference in flavor!
Only a few ingredients required AND even a tip on how to make these a little bit healthier.
Ingredients:
- 3 TBSP coconut oil (swapping for butter here to keep it healthier!)
- 5 cups rice krispie cereal
- 1 10 oz. bag of full size marshmallows
- desired amount of mini marshmallows for topping
- 2 sheets of crushed graham crackers
- desired amount of mini chocolate chips.
Directions:
1. In a large pot heat coconut oil until fully melted on low heat.
2. Add in 10 oz. package of full size marshmallows and cook on low, continue to stir, until fully melted.
3. Once marshmallows are melted, slowly add in rice krispie cereal. Do this cup by cup, stirring and mixing in between adding each cup.
4. Once fully combined, scoop and firmly press into a 9 X 9 baking dish.
5. Top with graham crackers, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
6. Bake in oven on 350 for 5-7 minutes. Just long enough until you notice the mini marshmallows appear brown in color.
